We are looking for a Product Manager to oversee the rheumatology brands strategies in Vietnam by developing product strategies and leading the execution of strategic growth programs driven towards building awareness, excitement, confidence and adoption of well-known medicine and medical devices amongst the targeted doctors and driving demand for key accounts across Vietnam directly or through indirect channels.
Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement brand strategies and tactics that differentiate the product(s) in the market and build brand experience for patients and healthcare professionals based on understanding of the patient journey and treatment landscape within the respective therapeutic area.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Monitor business performance and external environment to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives
• Proactive & creative development of marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the situation and trends relative to Information management including industry, market segments, applications, competition, and potential partners.
• Accurate management of marketing budget for brand and effective inventory forecast planning
• Work closely with sales in the field to gather market insights, and delivery competitive strategy for key accounts
• Lead KOL, speakers' negotiations and discussions on products' adoption.
• Develop learning plan for sales team to build capabilities using internal and external resources.
• To undertake any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary, for the advancement of the company

Job Qualifications
• Degree with minimum 3-5 years of sales & marketing experience with strong track record. Relevant medical device experience preferred.
• A strong team player with excellent influencing, communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and develop strong relationship with stakeholders
• Demonstrated strong leadership qualities, driven by a passion to excel in a customer-centric and innovative organization.
• Previous working experience in channel management is preferred.
