Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon's sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.
I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
* Market Research and Analysis:
Conducting thorough market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
Analyzing data to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
* Product Strategy Development:
Collaborating with product development teams to define product features and benefits based on market insights.
Developing strategies to position products effectively in the market and differentiate them from competitors.
* Go-to-Market Planning:
Creating comprehensive go-to-market plans that outline product launch strategies, pricing, promotion, and distribution tactics.
Working closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product management) to execute plans effectively.
* Marketing Campaign Management:
Designing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (online ads, social media, email, etc.) to drive product awareness and sales.
Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies to optimize results.
* Sales Enablement:
Collaborating with sales to develop messaging that resonates with target audiences.
* Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales metrics, customer acquisition costs, and ROI of marketing activities.
Presenting findings and recommendations to management to inform strategic decisions.
* Brand Management:
Ensuring consistent brand messaging and product positioning across all marketing channels.
Protecting and enhancing the company's brand reputation through effective communication and marketing efforts.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge:
University bachelor's degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
Knowledge about the American market or SEO/ keywords.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
English is must (at least 600 TOEIC).
Skills:
Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving
Project management
Strong communication and presentation
Time management and multitasking
Adaptability and flexibility.
Experience:
1 - 2 years experience in a similar role in E-commerce
Preferably working experience in e-commerce
Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency.
Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.
