Product Owner (PO) Edtech/ English Learning App - Salary Up to 40M VND Net/month

Must Have:
• 3+ years of own the product lifecycle from ideation to scale. You don't have to be a PO, you can be a BA with passion and interest in the product.
• Exceptional Communication: The ability to actively listen to stakeholders and articulate complex requirements clearly and concisely to our development team.
• Analytical Prowess: A critical mindset to analyze business processes, identify pain points, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Documentation Skills: The capability to create precise and unambiguous documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Familiar and able to write BRD, FRS, SRS documents
• Tool Proficiency: Expertise in using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma to manage tasks, user flows, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Passion for education and a mission-driven mindset to help kids & teachers succeed.
• Startup mindset: energetic, adaptable, willing to work overtime/weekends when needed.
Nice to Have:
• Experience working in EdTech, preferably in English learning apps or school-based educational platforms.
• Strong understanding of K-12 education needs, especially for English learning.
• Experience with AI integration in education.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Background in teaching, curriculum design, or educational content development.
