Saladin is looking for a Product Owner who is excited to work alongside a talented group of innovators to craft digital products. We want people who love being involved in challenging and innovative work. You'll be joining a team of smart and passionate people to tackle challenging and interesting problems using the latest technologies.
Your responsibilities:
- Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business objectives and customer feedback.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders) to deliver high-quality product features.
- Translate product vision and business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze product performance and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure alignment between the product roadmap and company strategy.
- Support release planning, sprint review, and product demos.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
Your skills and experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a digital product environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance business priorities, user experience, and technical feasibility.
- "Can-Do" attitude and working under pressure. Team-player with clear communication and proactive in problem solving.
- Experience in fintech or insurtech is a plus.
