We are currently looking for a Product Owner who is a highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in technology and a passion to deliver cutting-edge products.
Primary Responsibilities
• Effectively communicate with business owners (BO)/customers to understand their business processes, requirements, needs, concerns, and problems to build product roadmap as well as requirement specifications.
• Collaborate with BO on requirements analysis, validation, verification and approval. Making sure that requirements are complete, consistent, feasible and verifiable.
• Ensure that team members understand the product vision, expected deliverables, goals of each initiative, and new product release timelines and milestones.
• Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other processes and workflows to support the development team and improve the product development process.
• Continuously gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and customers to make successful product performance decisions.
Secondary Responsibilities
• Act as the point of contact to coordinate and communicate project's status to all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Work with
Project Managers to eliminate blockers, analyze risks/opportunities and assist with schedule management.
• Must have a good understanding of the software development life cycle using Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Must have good English communication skill, able to discuss technical matters and converse with colleagues from around the world.
• Good experience in product management or similar.
• Good understanding of mobile apps, websites or backend systems.
• Experience as
Developers,
Testers or UI/UX is a plus.
• Any related certification is a plus.
