Own and develop products end-to-end, from problem discovery, solution design to delivery and continuous improvement.
Work directly with Business to understand operational challenges, challenge requirements and translate complex business problems into scalable product solutions.
Build and prioritize Product Roadmap & Backlog based on business impact, user needs and data.
Define business/user flows, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and product logic; collaborate with UI/UX on wireframes and prototypes.
Work closely with Business,
Developers, QA/QC, UI/UX, Data and external partners throughout the product lifecycle.
Monitor product/business KPIs and user feedback to continuously improve product performance and operational efficiency

Job Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager,
Business Analyst or similar product-focused role.
Experience owning a product or complex business domain end-to-end.
Strong business analysis, product thinking and problem-solving skills; able to turn business problems into practical solutions.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, Product Roadmap, Backlog, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work effectively with both Business and Technology teams.
Experience in Enterprise Software, ERP, DMS, OMS, WMS, TMS, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Supply Chain or Logistics is highly preferred.
