Production Engineer (Experienced, Japanese Speaking)

Production Process Management
- Monitor production activities and ensure process quality in accordance with the Three Actuals principle (actual place, actual object, and actual situation).
- Ensure equipment parameters are properly set and comply with technical and quality standards.
- Maintain quality control throughout each stage of the production process.
Equipment Management & Technical Support
- Understand machining processes and operate related equipment as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during equipment installation, setup, and operation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Report equipment installation progress and production start-up status to supervisors in a timely manner.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities and implement technical solutions to improve production efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives that enhance the performance of mass production equipment.
Quality & Issue Management
- Investigate, respond to, and report production issues and customer complaints.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes and prevent recurrence.
People Development
- Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance technical competency and overall performance.
