Key Tasks and responsibilities
1. Assisting in planning the production schedules for manufacture of products the daily, weekly and
monthly planning processes with Production Manager.
2. Preparing for the plan and monitoring the materials and products used.
3. Forecasting net requirements, past due production orders, past due planned orders and order
reservations
4. Preparing lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.
5. Preparing purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.
6. Organizing and responding to production schedule changes.
7. Monitor and control key production process parameters to ensure stable and consistent
manufacturing operations.
8. Investigate production and process abnormalities, identify root causes, and implement corrective
actions.
9. Monitor and analyze production KPIs such as productivity, batch cycle time, yield, production loss,
and equipment downtime.
10. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency,
process stability, and production capacity.
11. Prepare, review, and update production-related SOPs, Work Instructions, manufacturing
procedures, and process parameters.
12. Support new product introduction, production trials, scale-up activities, and manufacturing process
transfer.
13. Reporting the production volume monthly report with forecast.
