Production Maintain Technician (Molding)

Your Job To ensure the production line equipment / fixture are in good working condition, keeps production line running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Be responsible for daily production trouble shoot
Identify machine repair priority sequence per production order situation
For doubted component issue, can measure the component with the related measurement tool
Analyse machine trouble with the total method of man/machine/material/method/environment, aiming at the different cause, look for help window to solve the problem; for machine hard and long down time issue, escalate to engineer even to manager for support per maintenance procedure requirement
Help machine operator to solve the hard machine issue which they can't solve.
Record the repair activity into work order form, ensure maintenance system is complete and correc
Preventives maintain
Perform preventive maintenance activity base on schedule, ensure the PM work completion according
to the maintenance checklist.
Submit the PM checklist optimization suggestion to engineer basing on actual PM activity experience and data, raise the PM quality and effect.
Train machine operator about prevents maintenance skill and method.
Working with engineer, edit the preventive maintenance WI.
Track PM activity result during future mass production, ensure PM is effective.
Machine/process improvement
Summary hard and long machine repair issue, submit the related improvement suggestions to
maintenance engineer to valuate.
Working with maintenance engineer, work out reasonable and right improvement plan.
Participate in the improvement plan implementation and practice online.
Track the improvement effect, collect and provide actual data to engineer to evaluate the result.
Spare part management
Track the spare part quality during use on-line, feedback the abnormal spare part to spare
management team for corrective actions.
Per existed spare part storage list, check whether the spare parts are enough, or else, provide the list to engineer to evaluate the purchase, ensure no production line down for spare part shortage.
Check the damaged and worn spare parts, restore the repairable ones or get help from engineer for restoration
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
College graduate level up
At least 2 years experiences in a manufacturing industry
Good knowledge at manufacturing processes & maintain control, Machine troubleshooting.
Ability to learn new process, machine, equipment, product

Be able to analyse the issue & propose action
Communication HORENSO skills
Language: understand basic English or Japanese.
