Job Description
Dream Job Alert! $3,000/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Production Manager (Packaging, 18031) for a foreign investment company. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all relevant documentation (guidelines, forms, policies).
Ensure production activities comply with SOPs and manufacturing standards.
Collaborate with key departments (Supply Chain, HR, QA, Planning, Key Account, etc.) to meet production goals.
Manage resources (manpower, machines, materials) based on production plans.
Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and delivery timelines.
Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and in-line production methods.
Oversee day-to-day production operations and resolve issues with relevant departments (Maintenance, QA, Procurement, HR).
Track and update daily production performance in coordination with the Planning team.
Supervise and evaluate production staff (operators, inspectors), and support their development.
Ensure timely availability of materials by working closely with Planning and Warehouse teams.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Enforce compliance with 5S, ISO standards, and Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies.
Requirement
Male, 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in production management in packaging or manufacturing.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality systems (ISO, GMP), and safety regulations.
Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office tools.
