Job Objective/ Mục Tiêu Công Việc:
The Production Material Control Planner plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials to support production. This includes planning, coordinating, and monitoring all aspects of material availability, delivery schedules, inventory levels, and alignment with production requirements.
Nhân viên Hoạch định vật tư Sản xuất đóng vai trò then chốt trong việc đảm bảo dòng chảy nguyên vật liệu ổn định phục vụ sản xuất. Công việc bao gồm hoạch định, phối hợp và theo dõi toàn bộ các khía cạnh liên quan đến tình trạng sẵn có của vật tư, lịch giao hàng, tồn kho, và sự phù hợp với
kế hoạch sản xuất.
Key Responsibilities/ Trách Nhiệm Chính:
1. Material Planning / Hoạch định vật tư
• Analyze production forecasts and customer orders to determine material requirements.
Phân tích dự báo sản xuất và đơn hàng khách hàng để xác định nhu cầu nguyên vật liệu.
• Review and validate BOMs (Bill of Materials); acknowledge ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) to avoid disruptions.
Rà soát và xác nhận BOM, tiếp nhận ECN để tránh gián đoạn chuỗi cung ứng.
• Identify shortages and initiate appropriate actions, including PR release and follow-up.
Xác định thiếu hụt vật tư và thực hiện hành động phù hợp như phát hành PR và theo dõi tiến độ.
2. Coordination and Scheduling / Phối hợp và lập kế hoạch
• Collaborate with Sales,
Purchasing, and Warehouse to align supply with demand.
Phối hợp với Bán hàng, Thu mua và Kho để đồng bộ cung - cầu.
• Adjust supply plans proactively in response to production changes or supplier delays.
Chủ động điều chỉnh kế hoạch cung ứng khi có thay đổi từ sản xuất hoặc nhà cung cấp.
• Coordinate to maintain production planning tools including job order scheduling.
Thiết lập và duy trì hệ thống lập kế hoạch sản xuất bao gồm phân bổ lệnh sản xuất.
• Coordinate and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMC function.
Phối hợp thực hiện các sáng kiến cải tiến liên tục trong bộ phận PMC.
3. Reporting and Documentation / Báo cáo và
quản lý dữ liệu• Prepare regular material status reports, shortage alerts.
Chuẩn bị báo cáo định kỳ về tình trạng vật tư, cảnh báo thiếu hụt.
• Follow and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PMC.
Theo dõi các chỉ số đánh giá hiệu suất (KPI) liên quan của PMC.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to PMC.
Lưu trữ chính xác tài liệu liên quan của bộ phận.
