Production Planner/Production Controller

Location: Binh Duong (Shuttle bus from HCM and Binh Duong)
Role Description
Develop, monitor, and control production plans to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery.
Track daily production progress against schedules, identify delays or potential issues, and coordinate timely adjustments.
Analyze customer demand, material availability, and production capacity to support effective planning and scheduling.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Engineering, Warehouse, and Customer Service to ensure smooth production execution.
Monitor production performance, material shortages, order status, and capacity constraints; propose corrective actions when necessary.
Maintain production planning data, including BOMs, schedules, and relevant documentation.
Prepare regular production reports and track key operational indicators.
Identify opportunities to improve production planning, control processes, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
1-2+ years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Material Planning, or related functions within a manufacturing environment.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP/MRP experience is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
