Mô tả công việc
- Receive and analyze weekly production orders.
- Create detailed production schedules based on CNC and machining capacity to ensure on‐time delivery.
- Coordinate daily with planning, production, warehouse, QA/QC, maintenance, and shift leaders.
- Monitor production progress, address delays, and report issues.
- Manage material transactions, production data, and documentation (W/O).
- Prepare weekly/monthly production reports and propose improvements.
- Support ISO systems (QMS 9001, EMS 14001, ISO 45001).
- Support training for new staff; provide backup when required.
Yêu cầu
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Planning, or related fields.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in production planning or production coordination in a precision machining company.
- Experience with small‐batch, high‐mix production is preferred.
- Knowledge of precision machining processes (CNC, turning, milling, grinding, EDM).
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
- Basic English (reading and writing emails).
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills; able to work under pressure.
