- Comprehensive knowledge of auto polishing techniques and processes for various materials (e.g., metals, plastics).
- Familiarity with polishing equipment, including buffers, grinders, and polishing compounds.
- Understanding of quality control standards and inspection methods for polished surfaces.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in auto polishing or related manufacturing processes, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing a team and meeting production targets in a manufacturing environment.
- Background in industries such as automotive, furniture, or metal fabrication is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a skilled workforce.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in polishing.
- Strong problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing process-related issues.
- Proficiency in communicating effectively with team members and other departments.
- Ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and reporting production metrics.
