Mô tả công việc

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the spray painting department, including assigning tasks and monitoring workflow.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members on spray painting techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Monitor spray painting processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications for color, coverage, and finish.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to verify adherence to company and industry standards.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste in spray painting processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during spray painting operations, collaborating with other departments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, quality inspections, and equipment maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety & environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of spray painting equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with production planning and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery of painted products and address any production challenges.
- Can work shift and overtime.
- Other task assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu

- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or certification in Manufacturing, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Specialized training in spray painting techniques or equipment operation is a plus.
- English or Chinese communication is an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of spray painting techniques, materials, and equipment (powder coating, gun coating).
- Familiarity with paint types, finishes, and application methods.
- Understanding of quality control standards and inspection methods for painted surfaces.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in spray painting or related manufacturing processes, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing a team and achieving production targets in a manufacturing environment.
- Background in industries such as automotive, furniture, or metal fabrication is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a skilled workforce.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in spray painting.
- Strong problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing process-related issues.
- Proficiency in communicating effectively with team members and other departments.
- Ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and reporting production metrics.
