Mô tả công việc

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the CNC machining department, including machine setup, production runs, and tool changes.
- Lead and manage a team of CNC machinists and operators, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate machining of parts.
- Optimize CNC machining processes for maximum efficiency and productivity, including tool selection, programming, and machine maintenance.
- Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining strict quality control standards.
- Monitor machine performance and perform or coordinate regular maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to machines, programs, or setups as needed.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of tools and materials.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve machining processes.
- Maintain records of machine operations, production outputs, and quality inspections.
- Manage inventory of tooling, materials, and spare parts needed for CNC operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and reducing waste in CNC operations.
- Can work shift and overtime.
- Other task assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu

- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or certification in CNC Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- CNC machining certifications or advanced technical training is a plus.
- English or Chinese communication is an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of CNC machining processes, including milling, turning, drilling, and threading.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine programming (e.g., G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software.
- Familiarity with various materials used in CNC machining, such as metals, plastics, and composites.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards for CNC machining.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines (e.g., CNC lathes, mills).
- Proven track record of managing teams and meeting production deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or metalworking is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor machinists and operators.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for resolving machining and equipment issues.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, including experience with CAD/CAM software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting production performance and collaborating with other departments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic computer skills for managing production reports, schedules, and inventory records.
