Mô tả công việc

- Supervise and coordinate daily metal fabrication operations, including welding, cutting, forming, and assembly...
Lead and mentor a team of metal fabricators, providing training and guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
- Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standards.
Monitor and maintain the efficiency of metal fabrication processes, identifying and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with the production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of fabrication equipment such as CNC machines, welding tools, plasma cutters, and presses.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication of components.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of the fabrication area to ensure proper use of tools, materials, and safety equipment.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials, tools, and supplies, coordinating with the procurement team as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication-related issues to minimize production delays.
- Prepare reports on production performance, material usage, and quality metrics, providing updates to management.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Can work shift and overtime.
- Other task assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu

- High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Metal Fabrication, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in welding, metal fabrication, or related fields are a plus.
- English or Chinese communication is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication processes, including welding, cutting, bending, forming, and assembly...
- Familiarity with various metals, alloys, and fabrication techniques.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations in a metal fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Experience working with industrial fabrication equipment such as CNC machines, welding tools, plasma cutters, and presses.
- Proven track record of managing teams and meeting production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience in lighting, furniture, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for resolving fabrication issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for coordinating with teams and reporting to management.
- Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring product quality and precision.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with fabrication tools and equipment, and basic computer skills for logging production data and reports.
- Understanding of inventory management and material usage.
