Who We Are:
We are a Canadian-owned global homeware design and manufacturing company with operations in China, Hong Kong, Canada, USA, South America and Europe. We have an international team of in-house
designers and a global network, with our products available in over 120 countries worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all manufactured goods consistently meet our company and our customers' quality requirements.
Ensure that production of all orders is executed on time, including the delivery of accurate quotes to Sales and Category Management to enable our company to win business.
Partner with Head of Vietnam and HR on decisions impacting the hiring, discipline, and dismissal of team members.
Oversee all manufacturing processes that maybe developed in the future such as plastic injection molding, PS extrusion, Glass cutting, and researching and negotiating for sub-contracting processes such as plating and painting.
