Who We Are:
We are a Canadian-owned global homeware design and manufacturing company with operations in China, Hong Kong, Canada, USA, South America and Europe. We have an international team of in-house designers and a global network, with our products available in over 120 countries worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all manufactured goods consistently meet our company and our customers' quality requirements.
Ensure that production of all orders is executed on time, including the delivery of accurate quotes to Sales and Category Management to enable our company to win business.
Partner with Head of Vietnam and HR on decisions impacting the hiring, discipline, and dismissal of team members.
Oversee all manufacturing processes that maybe developed in the future such as plastic injection molding, PS extrusion, Glass cutting, and researching and negotiating for sub-contracting processes such as plating and painting.

Associate's degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of experience in production, including 3-4 years of management experience.Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, including ability to write reports and business correspondence, and present information effectively. Proficient fluency in Chinese and Vietnamese is mandatory. Speaking English is an extra advantage of application
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude with leadership ability to motivate a team and work collaboratively and effectively across all levels of the organization are required.
Well-developed organization and priority-setting skills with emphasis on detail and flexibility in a dynamic and busy environment are essential. You work effectively under pressure and can meet tight deadlines.
Chinese speaking is a must!
