Program Specialist

Role description:
The Program Specialist plays a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of programs within the organization. They are responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of programs, as well as managing relationships with stakeholders involved. The Program Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams and 3rd party service providers to develop and execute the program, monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
The Program specialist's role is to manage the execution of our Worker wellbeing programs or other special project; work closely with 3rd party service providers to deploy the program in the factory; follow through the program process and prepare progress and evaluation report
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the implementation of our worker wellbeing programs or other special projects;
• Collaborate with stakeholders including factories, 3rd party service providers, brands and cross functional team to develop detail work plan;
• Coordinate the execution of programs, ensuring that activities are carried out according to plan;
• Monitor progress, identify potential risks or issues, and take proactive measures;
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including factories, 3rd party service providers, brands and internal teams;
• Communicate program updates, gather feedback and address concerns or questions;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation such as work plan, progress report, impact assessment report;
• Foster effective collaboration and communication across stakeholders involved in program implementation;
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and training sessions to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
• Identify opportunities for program enhancement, and recommend improvement plan including suggestion of 3rd party service providers
