Renowned for delivering premium IT outsourcing services exclusively tailored for Microsoft clients for 4 products: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows Commercial, Microsoft Office 365.
SUMMARY:
Project Admin is an integral role to support the daily operations to be smooth and stable. This role will be responsible for raising tool issues, bugs related to MS team, preparing PC and requesting related accounts for new hires and other admin support tasks
YOU WILL:
• Check attendance of team members.
• Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure eminency and maintain compliance with company policy.
• Request equipment & related accounts for new hire onboarding.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Assist in the process of tool issues, raise bugs related to MS Applications
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Assigned task by line manager.
Yêu cầu
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATES:
• Good English is a MUST
• Have at least 1 year of experience in C&B or administrative services or related fields. Diligent, meticulous, proactive, and have a can-do attitude.
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
• Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
• Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

• Range of Salary: From 13,000,000VND+
• Salary at 100% during the probationary period
• 90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance
• An employee who works at night (10 PM - 6 AM) will be paid an additional amount of 30% of the normal salary + PVI insurance + 500,000 VND food allowance

• Working time: from 9am to 6pm, 9 hours per day, including 8 working hours and 1 hour for rest; Monday - Friday, including: 5 days a week.
