Key responsibilities:

Client relationship & Practice development

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks
Actively participate and contribute in client engagement via building and maintaining the interactions with client personnel
Work together with other EY's team like Law, Technology Assurance to identify
Understand our service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients;
Document, analyze collected information and proactively clarify clients' business requirements and system functionality specifications if any;

Project coordinating:

Logging and tracking all Project Plans, timeline etc... with projects owners/leaders
Arrange Contracts, raise Purchase Orders and expenditure authorization forms for approval and chase invoices to ensure accurate payment
Manage the engagements in compliance with EY methodologies
Assist in preparation of regular status reports / MIS and analysis for effective planning and decision making

Qualifications:

Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, MIS, or relevant degree
At least 2 years experiences in project admin or assistant positions
Prior experiences working in compliance, cyber, technology will be a strong plus

To qualify for the role, you must fulfill the following requirements:

English is a must;
Good interpersonal skills, time management and ability to handle stress;
Microsoft Office efficiency;
Strong teaming and prioritization skills, well-organized;
