Mô tả công việc
Assist in preparing the project data warehouse including searching, storing, classifying and labeling Academic papers;
Assist in monitoring project progress and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Deliver important updates and information to partners, 3rd parties as well as other departments;
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the CEO expectations, conducting quality reviews, giving feedbacks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Support sales and marketing efforts by assisting in the creation of presentations, reports, and website content.
Support other departments as required by the CEO;
Other tasks are assigned by the CEO.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Well organized with an understanding of priorities and changing demands;
Information gathering and information monitoring skills;
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills;
Professionalism and confidentiality;
Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field;
1-2 years of previous experience in personal assistant or project assistant;
Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
Being fluent in English is required.
