Sales Management
Check order receiving channels
Create and update project status on Odoo
Send quotes according to customer requests and track quote results with customers
Participate in meetings and support customers with issues related to quotes and services.
Work with Project team on delivery deadlines/schedules, delivery items and timely updates to customers.
Monitor and set sales forecasts & monthly revenue targets.
Prepare monthly revenue reports & submit revenue reports to receivables accountant and BOD on time
Explain transaction details to the receivables accounting department
Support the receivables accounting department when there are related incidents
Prepare sales documents for exhibitions
Project Management
Determine customer needs & contact the project manager/team leader in charge to handle customer requests
Meeting/Contacting customers to clarify project requirements and update project progress
Monitor delivery schedules/deadlines and delivery items committed to customers
Verify committed delivery content with Project team before delivery & proceed delivery
Monitor & create production performance report
Purchasing
Receive purchase request from PM
Prepare purchase request documents
Track purchase request status
Keep track of sales documents
Prepare payment documents
Office Coordination
Receive requests from PM and send requests to relevant departments
Track request status Assistant to PM & Legal Representative
