Job Description
• Consult national and international clients on Process Safety Management and Risk Assessment projects.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to prepare proposals and take responsibility for current projects delegated.
• Carry out safety studies such as Quantitative Risk Assessment, HAZID/HAZOP study, Safety Cases, Process Safety Management, other safety studies, etc.
- Create a project management calendar to fulfill each goal and objective.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Chairing / facilitating or attending meetings where appropriate and distributing minutes to all project team members.
- Prepare / Review reports
• Participate in Process Safety Workshops organized by SEN Consulting JSC (such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, etc.) as Scribe / Assistant.
• Run simulation software.
• Other relevant duties assigned by the Process Safety Team Leader/Technical Director.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical / Process / Technical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 01 working years of Chemical /Process / Technical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both speaking and writing.
• Good presentation skills to present the results to Clients or Authorities;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, and have analytical thinking.
• Dedicated and self-driven person;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, under high pressure and limited time;
• Ability to use modeling software is an advantage.
