* Key Responsibilities

- Oversee construction, renovation, and repair projects, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget control.
监督建设、装修及维修项目,确保质量、工期和预算达标。
- Manage daily facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, structural, and equipment upkeep.
管理日常设施维护,包括电力、管道、结构和设备保养。
- Coordinate with contractors, engineering teams, and service providers.
与承包商、工程团队及服务供应商协调工作。
- Inspect buildings regularly to identify potential risks or maintenance needs.
定期检查建筑设施,识别潜在风险或维护需求。
- Develop maintenance schedules, SOPs, safety procedures, and improvement plans.
制定维护计划、操作流程、安全规范及改进方案。
- Manage budgets related to facility operations, repairs, and construction.
管理设施运营、维修及施工相关的预算。
- Work with management to plan future facility expansion or upgrades.
