SUMMARY:

The Project Management Associate is responsible for supporting and coordinating with the requirements of the sales team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordinate with various functional teams to deploy collaborative products onto the MFast platform seamlessly.
Monitor sales performance and oversee the operational aspects of collaborative projects with partners.
Recommend tailored sales processes and policies for each collaborative product.
Communicate policies effectively and provide user support on policy-related inquiries.
Act as a primary point of contact between partners and MFast users regarding procedural, product, and system-related matters.
Develop customized reports based on specific criteria: products, sales models, and pertinent business metrics for individual projects.
Consistently track key business metrics and drive sales initiatives to stimulate revenue growth, suggesting adjustments when needed.
Engage directly with user teams to offer timely support on operational queries, product insights, policy clarifications, and more.
Assist in providing appropriate sales tools aligned with each unique sales model.
Execute additional tasks as directed by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position at a consumer finance company or in any industry as a Sales Admin.
Strong understanding of consumer finance and the banking industry.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Advanced in professional report skills
Good communication.
Ability to handle work under pressure
Cooperative and supportive attitude
Ability to work on-site (fulltime)
