Job Description
Work with design consultants to review drawings and submit documents for design appraisal, construction design appraisal, and construction permit licensing.
Check, review, and control BIM models during the design progress and construction phase.
Check agreement documents related to the Industrial Park's Client infrastructure connection and conduct completion inspections.
Work with relevant specialized authorities, when necessary, to support IP's clients.
Prepare land offering drawings for the Sales team.
Participate in meetings with the Sales team and Industrial Park (IP) clients to provide technical support during construction.
Carry out tasks assigned by the
Project Manager.
Work and collaborate with other departments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineer)
At least 3 years of experience in Engineering construction. Candidates with experience in the infrastructure sector is advantage.
Good communication in English.
Proficient in BIM software, Revit, AutoCAD and MS Office.
Having a Project Management Certificate is an advantage.
