The Project Manager is a key support role within the product development process. Working closely with cross-functional squads, the Project Manager supports the management of agendas, tracks deliverables, and schedules tasks. The position aims to ease the workload of squad leaders and ensure clear communication with the Producer. Experience with Agile methodology is essential. Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and track deliverables across different squads.
• Act as a communication bridge between squad leaders and the producer, relaying detailed information on squad execution.
• Assist squad leaders by offloading administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on core responsibilities.

○ Provide input and output from cross-team planning.

○ Ensure production teams operate sprint planning and sprint review properly.

○ Align the sprint goals of different teams to make sure all goals are towards the target/ milestone expectation.

○ Resolve the misalignments and miscommunication situations daily.

○ Provide meeting notes for important meetings.

○ Ensure the Product Confluence pages are up-to-date.

○ Track user stories.

• Facilitate alignment within the agile methodology, supporting cross-functional collaboration and adaptability

○ Monitor and report on the progress of projects to the producer, contributing to effective decision-making

• Planning

○ Take part in the Product board management.

○ Build the Product Roadmap and Production timeline.

• Production process management:

○ Contribute to the production process with the Senior Management team.

○ Build and enhance Jira best practices process.

• At least 2 years of experience in a coordinating or support role within the game industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mastery of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.
