Job Purpose:
Lead and manage construction, renovation, and maintenance projects for Guardian stores and offices, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end store construction and renovation projects from planning to completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company guidelines.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for new and existing stores.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Standardize store design, MEPF systems, and construction specifications.
- Lead regular project review meetings and track KPIs for new store openings, renovations, and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the Northern Maintenance Team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction, retail fit-out, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction, MEPF systems, and store development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Dialux, or similar software.
- Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
- Willingness to travel as required.
