Mô tả công việc
1. Project Manager's responsibilities:
Project Management, Implementation and Monitoring:
• Taking responsibilities for overall planning, managing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting all activities within the project(s) in the alignment with Project Document.
• Responsible for the development and revision of the project(s)'s work-plans/actyivity plans (e.g (bi)-annual plan, quarterly plan, etc.,).
• Preparing project progress technical/financial reports (e.g., TPR, etc.,) as well as the update of WWF Project Performance Tracking Tool (PPT).
• Managing staff under direct line management, providing relevant advisory support, coaching and capacity building to ensure project's teams delivering the outcomes/outputs effectively, included collaborating with other project teams/project managers to maximize impact on ground.
• Supporting project's team(s) on preparation, design and implementation of technical surveys and research/studies included developing TOR and bidding procedure for recruitment of consultancy services if needed.
Strategy Development and Fund Raising
• Contributing to the strategic development process of Forest Practice and WWF-Viet Nam in general.
• Contributing to identify funding opportunities from different sources, including the WWF Network, external PSP donors, corporates/investors, partners, etc., and collaborating/supporting on project/program development process.
• Support in development and maintenance of relationships with strategic donors relevant to the project to ensure WWF-Viet Nam priorities represented in donor strategies and funding opportunities maximized.
Partnership Development & Networking
• Responsible for maintaining the existing partnerships and building new partnership with international/national governmental/non-govermental organizations, target corporates, businesses, projects/programs, and other related stakeholders to maximize the contribution and impact on the ground.
• Providing the support to the development of press release/conference on results of the project(s) and to develop and maintain related sections on the WWF website/news.
• Representing project(s) to join in relevant national and international meetings, conferences, and workshops as appropriate.
• Providing regular updates to the line manager on technical implementation, staffing and funding opportunities and shortfalls.
• Undertaking other relevant works as assigned by line manager.
2. CAL Forest Coordinator's responsibilities:
Ensure Viet Nam Forest Program is relevant within the network and collaborated across practice in Vietnam to maximize the impact.
• Develop, maintain, adapt, monitor, and ensure the implementation of Viet Nam's Forest Practice Strategy is relevant and alignment within the approaches of regional and global network and collaborate across practice in Viet Nam to ensure maximum impact.
• Set up and coordinate mechanism information sharing (a) within forest team, cross-practice (where relevant); and (b) with governments and other organisations.
• Coordinate cooperation and provide inputs to other practices included M&E & communication within WWF-Viet Nam. Where relevant, coordinate synergies with other practices and Vietnamese partners.
• Monitor, update, and report on achievement under the Viet Nam Forest Practice in collaboration with M&E.
• In consultation with teams, coordinate and develop data set especially in CAL relevant to our work.
• Where relevant, participate in meetings/workshops with partners organised by project managers.
Under the direct lead and support of Forest Practice Lead, develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, donors relevant to the Forest Practice to ensure funding viability of the program.
• Represent Forest Practice team to work with Vietnamese partners as well as maintain and develop potential strategic partners at national and landscape level.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners relevant to the Forest Program to ensure WWF-Viet Nam priorities represented in donor strategies and funding opportunities maximized.

Yêu cầu
* Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in natural resources management, forestry, or other relevant fields
• Excellent knowledge of sustainable forest management, forest policies, forest plantation, and restoration.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in implementing projects, preferably in forestry or related field.
• Strong knowledge and experience in working with Government officials, NGOs, and local partners.
• Experience in project financial management and reporting.
• Knowledge of M&E methodology, and quality assurance is an advantage.
* Required Skills and Competencies
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and diplomatic skills with the ability to manage and interact at all levels of an international, multicultural, and multilingual organization.
• Good people management, coaching, and capacity building/development.
• Networking, coordination, and facilitation skills.

• External: Develop and maintain positive and engaged relationships with relevant government agency staff, international partners, and local partners.
