PROJECT MANAGER (F&B)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (F&B) to manage and coordinate F&B projects from planning and design to construction, setup, and handover.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the end-to-end execution of F&B projects, including site survey, design, construction, procurement, installation, setup, and handover.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within approved budgets.
Coordinate and manage contractors, suppliers, design consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor construction progress, quality, technical standards, MEP, interior works, and F&B equipment installation.
Control project costs, review quotations, work volumes, variation costs, and payment documents.
Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues related to timeline, budget, quality, and construction.
Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance & Accounting, Legal, Marketing/Brand, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Lead project inspections, acceptance, handover, and post-project evaluation.
Develop and improve project management processes to optimize cost, timeline, quality, and scalability for future F&B projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, construction, fit-out, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a managerial/senior project management role.
Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience in F&B projects, restaurant/café chains, retail, or multi-site development.
Proven experience managing projects from design and construction to setup, opening, and handover.
Strong experience in contractor, supplier, and stakeholder management.
Good understanding of construction, MEP, interior works, and F&B equipment.
Strong project planning, budgeting, cost control, problem-solving, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Good command of English, especially in communication and reading technical documents.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

📍 Location: 202 Ly Chinh Thang Street, Nhieu Loc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly District 3)
⏰ Working hours: Monday to Friday (Saturday morning - WFH)
8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Lunch break: 1.5 hours
