LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

• This is a cross-functional role driving near-term and long-term objectives among our sales, operations, marketing and engineering teams.
• Play a key role thrilling at the forefront of category growth, develop and execute processes in a highly dynamic environment.
• A high visibility roll which drives key business decisions to achieve near-term as well as longer-term objectives.
• Build, develop and lead a team of Project Engineers to deliver projects to meet the Business growth targets

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
Accountabilities:
• Drive the factory to meet product / project delivery with changeable targets and tight timelines to successful fulfillment to market quickly with suppliers and internal peer Dept.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and suppliers to manufacture the product on target for time, cost and quality targets
• Ensure the production facility is capable and ready to build intended product.
• Ensure tooling ready for production in designated sites.
• Drive the engineering team, related departments to dissolve production technical issue.
• Drive manufacturing VAVE for all products.
• Ensure the factories are compliant to all regulation of SN and HAS.
• Drive a shared understanding of the strategic objectives of the company, determine mid/short-term objectives and action steps for achieving in the team.
• Understand new concepts, identify potential problems and propose effective and practical solutions.
• Business travel or stay in supplier factory, or international travel will be required as one of the job duties.
Skills:
• Excellent English speaking with presentable communication, Mandarin speaking a bonus.
• Experience working effectively in a cross-functional team environment is essential.
• Good knowledge of Design processes, including DFMEA, FEA, DFM etc.
• Ability to work with flexible adaptable teams and processes that embrace and cope with change and uncertainty.
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, versatile, organized, articulate and professional.
• Ability to work under pressure and work overtime if required at peak project times.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
• 10+ years' experience in manufacturing, engineering, working from NPI to Continuous Production Support.
• 10+ years of consumer product for high volume production working with Global manufacturing partners experience is preferred.
Education/Certifications/Affiliations:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline for top universities, Master's or Advanced Degree a plus.
Travel Requirements:
• Business travel or stay in supplier factory, or international travel will be required as one of the job duties.
