Job Purpose
Lead the Scrum team in applying Agile methodology and Scrum practices to deliver projects effectively.
Support the
Product Owner and development team in achieving customer satisfaction.
Remove impediments, guide the team in self-organization, and foster continuous improvement within the Agile framework.
Resolve conflicts, address issues, and ensure the team's growth and success.
Maintain oversight of all projects managed across the organization, providing regular reports to the Head of IT.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all team members, ensuring efficient performance and effective collaboration.
Oversee project budgets, ensuring proper financial control and accountability to project sponsors.
Deliver major IT projects successfully within defined timelines and objectives.
Provide timely and relevant reporting on project progress and key milestones.
Identify dependencies, risks, and cross-project conflicts, and negotiate resolutions effectively.
Ensure that projects are well-planned, clearly communicated, and progress smoothly throughout their lifecycle.
Drive business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
