Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead software development projects for the Japanese market, bridge Japan and Vietnam teams, and drive business value through effective project delivery and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project scope, schedule, quality, resources, risks, and profitability.
Clarify business requirements and coordinate with Japan stakeholders and Vietnam development teams.
Support technical discussions, solution decisions, and Agile/Scrum improvements.
Build stakeholder relationships and ensure successful project delivery.
Lead 1-on-1s, performance evaluations, and team development without micromanagement.
Contribute to recruitment and the growth of gTV's Development Organization.
Requirements
3+ years of software Project Management experience.
Strong SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and technical understanding.
Experience managing project risks, resources, budgets, and stakeholders.
Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 equivalent) and professional English.
People management experience and a strong sense of ownership.
Business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect technical solutions to user needs.
Nice to Have
Software development experience.
Product Management or organizational development experience.
Experience scaling engineering teams or applying AI to improve workflows.
AWS/GCP knowledge.
