Position Description
You will
Be part of a dynamic and supportive team
Participate in the software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with client stakeholders and dev teams to ensure successful delivery
Assist in project planning, task tracking, resource coordination, and risk management
Facilitate smooth communication and alignment among team members, clients, and other stakeholders
Support the team in clarifying requirements, managing changes, resolving issues, and keeping projects on track
Apply appropriate software development methodologies and practices to support effective project delivery

Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree
1 - 2 years of relevant experience in software development or a related role, such as Business Analyst (BA), Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, or other roles involving project coordination and collaboration with development teams and clients
Good understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Basic knowledge of project planning, progress tracking, task coordination, and issue management
Strong English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or above
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both clients and technical teams
Strong organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
Active team player with open-minded, a collaborative attitude, and a willingness to take initiative
Eager to learn and motivated to develop a career in Project Management
