TON Corporation is developing TonTV, a vertical short-drama streaming platform integrated with Telegram as a Telegram Mini App.
TonTV offers an engaging entertainment experience through short-form drama content, in-app rewards, advertising, VIP memberships, and referral programs. Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
The Project Manager will work closely with
developers,
testers,
designers, and management to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and according to quality standards.
This role requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, proactive communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced product development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, and task assignments.
Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and relevant stakeholders.
Manage project scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
Conduct sprint planning, daily follow-ups, and project review meetings.
Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed according to agreed timelines.
Maintain project documentation, task boards, and progress reports.
Identify potential issues and delays, propose solutions, and escalate risks when necessary.
Coordinate testing, staging validation, deployment, and release activities.
Ensure project deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality requirements.
Prepare regular project status reports for management.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
At least 3 years of experience in the software development industry.
At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or a similar role in software development.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
Experience managing software development projects, including web or mobile applications.
Ability to create project plans, manage backlogs, track progress, and coordinate releases.
Basic technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and development processes.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills.
Gross salary: 20,000,000 - 40,000,000 VND/month, depending on experience and qualifications.
13th-month salary.
