1. Engineering
Review and approve engineering related to mechanical works from contractors
Maintain current equipment and erection drawing records and ensure that contractor is working with the latest approved issue of drawings.
2. Planning
Assist
Project Manager to prepare overall proejct planning
Evaluate and approve schedules for mechanical erection submitted by the Contractors.
3. Project work progress, budget and quality mangement
Regularly inspect the work in progress, noting deviations in quality, and monitor progress against work scheduled.
Monitor contractor's manpower levels in relation to accomplishing the tasks to be completed.
Prepare regular reports to the Project Manager on mechanical erection activities that impact the project schedule, budget and scope (including project deviations).
Ensure compliance with SCCVN equipment acceptance procedures and that work meets the project standards.
Ensure that deviations in quality are documented and corrected to conform to project specifications.
1. Educational Qualifications
University degree (bachelor) in Mechanical Engineering
Capability to communicate fluently in English
Experience in cement plant projects.
Hands-on knowledge of cost and schedule control tools.
Recognized technical qualifications.
Knowledge of cement plant operation.
Computer skills: MS office
Knowledge in SAP

Min. 5 years Experience in mechanical works for projects or maintennance department
Experience in cement plant projects.
