Controlling Manager

We're looking for a Controlling Manager who is responsible in monitoring the company's financial health. Responsibilities include complex data analysis, budget forecasting, overseeing accounts and budgets. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the financial sector with strong financial vision and insight.
Job Responsibilities
·Acting in accordance with the policies, philosophy, principles, customer's code of conduct & their confidentiality agreements, company compliance and Code of Conduct of the framas Group
·Agreeing to take over other reasonable, special duties & responsibilities that is corresponding to the abilities according to the instructions and requests of the management and/or supervisors.
·Provide periodical reports for management reporting and reviews (monthly financial reports to internal and external)
·Set up the annual budget and rolling plan
·Ensure that the accounting systems/ company accounts are implied to Vietnamese accounting standards and followed according to the Corporate Group Policy
·Oversee and monitor cost accounting systems to ensure that financial accounting and cost accounting are compliance
·Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and make recommendations for production improvements
·Support related departments by providing correct financial information on time
·Review and make suggestion to improve financial policies, control systems and processes
·Support to create, monitor and follow up that all processes are implemented correctly in the company
·Other controlling tasks (sales forecast planning, utilization reports, etc.)
* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
