Job Description
- Provide project administration, document control and Mandarin-Vietnamese language support for SGS B&I projects.
Support the
Project Manager and supervision team in maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication with Chinese-speaking clients and contractors, and following up agreed actions.
Ensure project information is issued, tracked and archived in accordance with project procedures.
Qualifications
College diploma or bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Business Administration, Construction or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in project administration, document control or translation; construction/industrial projects preferred.
Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and electronic filing; able to prepare minutes, trackers and reports.
Strong Mandarin and Vietnamese speaking, listening, reading and writing skills; HSK 5 or equivalent ability preferred.
English reading and email skills are an advantage.
Familiarity with construction terminology is preferred.Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-up and communication skills; able to handle confidential information.
Available to work at project sites in Northern Vietnam and travel as assigned. Exact site to be confirmed.
