Project Supervisor

1. Manage the team: Assign, guide and monitor the work progress of staffs
2. Manage and track the construction progress of new stores, renovate old stores and offices
- Check design documents, cost estimates, construction management and project coordination.
- Complete new project evaluation in terms of project scope, cost, process, schedule and preliminary design.
- Control costs of building new stores, renovating old stores and offices (if any) according to the limits set by the company
3. Store maintenance
- Manage maintenance costs of damaged shops according to the limits set by the company
- Check damage statistics and plan maintenance for shops and offices (if any)
- Handle arising damage cases to ensure stable operation for the store
4. Manage quotes and pay expenses
- Check and approve payment of expenses: construction and refrigeration equipment of new stores, renovation of old stores, offices (if any), maintenance
- Check and approve as-built drawings
5. Manage the inspection and handover
- Managing acceptance test with construction suppliers; equipment and hand over to relevant department
- Managing the store quality after the warranty period
6. Equipment inventory management
- Management, statistics and allocation of equipment to limit inventory
7. Proposing and improving the store building process
- Adjust the price list (if any) - Improved construction process - Searching for improved materials/equipment for the store
8. Others : Perform other duties as assigned by the department head
