LAFS Co., Ltd. has over 7 years of experience in marketing, with a creative, professional, and growth-oriented team based in Vietnam.
UpTik Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of LAFS established in 2024, is an official TSP (TikTok Service Partner) focused on e-commerce operations and services for Korean clients/brands.
Notably, UpTik is the first Korean company in Vietnam to become an official TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) - a verified partner supporting brands and sellers on TikTok Shop.
As a Marketing Intern at LAFS and UpTik, you'll be part of a dynamic and creative team - directly participating in brainstorming, producing, and launching real marketing campaigns on TikTok and Shopee:
Support in developing content scripts and scheduling posts for TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms.
Assist in filming, editing, and uploading short-form videos.
Collaborate with KOLs/KOCs and help prepare for livestream sessions.
Propose creative ideas for promotional content, TikTok trends, and marketing campaigns.
Manage the content posting schedule to ensure brand consistency.
Stay updated on TikTok, Shopee, and social media trends, and suggest suitable applications for the brand.
Work closely with the Marketing, Design, and Video teams to create engaging and diverse content.
Support the team stay updated on the latest TSP missions from TikTok Vietnam.
Attend offline events and support the team's activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the team supervisor.
Yêu cầu
Passionate about marketing, e-commerce, TikTok livestreams, content creation, or graphic designs.
University student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
Quick trend awareness: keeps up with viral content and trending sounds, and knows how to adapt them for the brand.
Good communication skills.
Team-oriented, proactive, and positive attitude.
No prior experience required - we value potential and creativity.
