Mô tả công việc
1. Operation
Participate in daily briefings.
Attend daily briefings and be aware of the importance of Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of responsibility.
Clean all assigned areas of the hotel and report defects to the Supervisor.
Follow up with the Supervisor on reported defects.
Attend daily briefings for all Public Area staff and monthly meetings with the Senior Executive Housekeeper.
Attend all training related to Public Area.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by Management.
2. Main Complexity / Critical Issues in the Job
Knowledgeable in handling cleaning equipment, especially for Public Areas.

Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
position.
