Job Summary
The Purchasing/Costing Executive will play a vital role in supporting the purchasing process by assisting with managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Purchase Order Management: Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders. Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness. Track and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
Vendor Communication: Liaise with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies or issues. Communicate delivery schedules and expectations to suppliers. Maintain positive relationships with vendors.
Internal Communication: Liaise with operations/chefs/departments to place orders. Communicate and support operations to meet their orders requirements.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts. Prepare Variance reports and review/follow-up variances with operations.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, certifications, and contracts. Organize and file procurement documents for easy virtual retrieval. Prepare reports and summaries as needed.
Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and control procedures with operations/chefs.
Cost Control: Assist in cost analysis and cost-saving initiatives. Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the purchasing team as required.

Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements
BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
Good understanding of supply chain procedures
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines
Resourceful, meticulous, detail-oriented
Good written and verbal communication skills in English language(compulsory) and/or Chinese language
BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
Good understanding of supply chain procedures
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
