Mô tả công việc
Support daily processing of purchasing requests from internal departments according to company policies and procedures.
Assist in coordinating with other departments to monitor operation costs and manage contractual obligations.
Prepare and maintain purchasing documents and records.
Support tracking and follow-up of delivery schedules, reporting status to supervisors.
Assist in sourcing, contacting, and communicating with suppliers when required.
Carry out other tasks assigned by the Purchasing Officer/Manager.
Yêu cầu
Education:
3rd/4th-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic English communication (good English skills are a plus).
Strong teamwork and deadline management skills.
Careful, responsible, and willing to learn.
Personal Attributes:
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexible, proactive, and open to ad-hoc tasks.
Positive attitude and eagerness to develop professionally.
