PURCHASING INTERN
Job description:
Assist in preparing and finalizing purchasing documents
Execute payment processing procedures
Monitor the approval status of payment documents
Manage data and archiving
Provide communication support and handle arising issues
Working time & place:
From 07:30am - 04:00pm, minimum 4 days internship/week and up to 06 months.
Long Hau Expanded IP, Can Giuoc Commune, Tay Ninh province. Shuttle buses are provided from 39 Nguyen Van Ba St. (near HCMUTE, Thu Duc); Nguyen Huu Canh St. (near Land Mark 81); KizCity, Dist. 4; PV Gas, Nha Be.

Requirement:
Education: 3rd or 4th-year student or recent graduate (University/College) in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Computer skills: Proficiency in office software.
Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, tactfully, and proactively when dealing with suppliers and coordinating internally.
