This position reports to:
Procurement Team Lead__
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
Intern will be trained and coached on general SCM process - mostly on job training.
Intern will support the function on detail documentation work under detail instruction/ guidance from senior staff in ABB (shipping documents control, customs clearance checking, CO application, etc.)
Intern will support minor activities as assigned by senior staff or function head with detail instruction/ guidance.
Intern is supposed to have self-learning plan in order to catch-up knowledge from experience members in ABB
Intern is encouraged to have self communication with other functions in ABB to have wider field of knowledge during their internship.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
Senior Students or fresh graduates holding University degrees in International Business Administration/Commerce or related majors.
Good organization skills, proactive, result-oriented,
Ability in managing several tasks
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
Passionate, fast learners with Can Do attitude
Good command of English
Good computer skills
