Procurement Management:
Support Team Leader in supervising daily
purchasing activities.
Manage procurement of assets, equipment, consumables, and services.
Handle supplier sourcing, quotation requests, and price comparisons.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal procedures and approval processes.
Cost & Contract Control:
Negotiate and review quotations to ensure best price and quality.
Support contract preparation, verification, and documentation management.
Process Improvement:
Propose solutions to improve purchasing efficiency, supplier management, and cost control.
Participate in developing and updating purchasing procedures and documentation systems.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.
Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, GA, and Finance teams to ensure procurement aligns with operational needs.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
Over 7 years of purchasing experience in the steel or heavy industry sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Able to read and write in English (Korean is an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in work.
Internal Working Relationships: General Affairs, Finance, Production, Maintenance, and QA teams.
External Working Relationships: Vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
