1. ORGANIZATION CHART
• Direct Report: Purchasing / Procurement Manager (VNPP)
• Indirect Report: CV Plant Manager
2. MAJOR JOB
• Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and monitoring the supply of raw materials, equipment, spare parts, services. At the same time, ensure that raw materials/ services/ spare parts... are purchased from reputable suppliers; at optimal costs and provided on terms to meet production needs.
• Controlling expense, shipping schedule of the goods to ensure right quantity, quality and on time delivery for production.
• Coordinate with team to implement the procurement of equipment, supplies, and services required by the company including making recommendations to users on type or availability and costs (considering cost/benefit effectiveness and efficiency).

Yêu cầu
• Preferred majors: Economics, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Foreign Languages, or other related fields.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience: 3-5 years in Purchasing / Procurement, preferably in manufacturing.
Skills:
• Good command of English, four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Good negotiation and communication skills, particularly in price and contract negotiations with suppliers.
• Ability to analyze market information and control the quality of purchased goods.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
• Mainly based at Cellox Vietnam, Tan Hiep ward, HCM city (Tan Uyen, Binh Duong); occasional supplier visits as required.
• Working hours: from Monday to Friday (7:30 - 16:00)
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience: 3-5 years in Purchasing / Procurement, preferably in manufacturing.
Skills:
• Good command of English, four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Good negotiation and communication skills, particularly in price and contract negotiations with suppliers.
• Ability to analyze market information and control the quality of purchased goods.
