QA Audit Supervisor

Role Description The QA Audit Supervisor at ARC WORKS COMPANY LIMITED is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role oversees daily quality assurance activities, including planning, executing, and reporting internal audits across production and operational processes. The QA Audit Supervisor reviews documentation, verifies compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, and identifies areas for improvement.
The role collaborates closely with production, R&D, and management teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, monitor quality KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include training team members on quality procedures, supporting external audits, and maintaining clear records and reports for management review.
Qualifications
Strong background in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, with the ability to design, implement, and maintain quality systems and standards.
Hands-on experience in Quality Control processes, including inspection, testing, and verification of products and operations.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, assess risks, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
Knowledge of Food Science or related disciplines to understand product safety, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, especially in food or FMCG environments.
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience supervising or leading quality teams, with the ability to coordinate audits and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP) and audit methodologies.
Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
